At the moment I really am struggling with my weight, i am trying to lose weight on my legs and bottom but it isn't happening. The reason why I ended putting loads of weight on is due to the Pill, I started to take it to help control my periods and one of the side effects is putting on weight which happened to me :(. The biggest struggle for me is not having sweets as i have a massive sweet tooth, and due to easter i am trying to not eat all the chocolate at once but trying to eat it as fast as i can, so i can get on with losing weight. I have started to do squats which fingers crossed will help, but i won't give up trying to lose it. Do you have any good ways to lose weight if so comment below and give me tips and give anyone lee reading tips .
